In accordance with the manufacturers' requirements for handling complaints regarding workshop tools purchased from Inter Parts, we kindly request that along with the claimed product and the complaint report, you also provide a copy of the purchase document or a completed warranty card.

In the absence of such a document, complaints will not be processed.
